Azure eyes

Azure eyes;
They regard me with their gleam,
Delighting with a glance,
Teasing with a vibrant light,
Awash with a liquid gold,
Azure eyes, they are mine.

Azure eyes;
Regard me with their salty dew,
Imploring with a glance,
Pained by a hollow pact,
Supplanted by a bitter sea,
Azure eyes, they are betrayed.

Azure eyes;
Regarding none with their gloom,
No longer with delight,
Darkness in their depths,
Dry as the arid bone,
Azure eyes- two mounds of inert flesh.
